New Zealand offers all varieties of creatures living in its nature- even strange ones. One of nature's living beings turned out to be a very special and nude present on my birthday.
My birthday was coming up. We’ve planned on having some lazy days at a famous national park in the northern part of the southern island of New Zealand. Abel Tasman was the perfect spot for relaxation. This beautiful park has a unique shoreline with rock formations and a dense forest on one site and a fine sandy beach and blue water on the other. Crystal clear streams flow through green valleys and end up in the ocean. At Te Pukatea Bay, a perfect crescent-shaped cove of golden sand, a hiking trail leads up Pitt Head to an ancient Maori Pa fort. The view is breathtaking. One time in the park involved hopping onto the boat, getting off somewhere else, hiking through the forest and over bridges, sunbathing and just enjoying our lives. Just perfect for us.
Pros don't need the boat shuttle at all. They hike through the park armed with tents and water to get to the very end. As a tipp: you can rent shags as well - no need to bring your tent, if you ever feel like hiking the Abel Tasman.
This story is a little different. Just put yourself into our shoes for a second.
